The Restylane® family of products includes Restylane®, Restylane-L®, Restylane® Lyft with Lidocaine, Restylane® Silk, Restylane® Refyne, and Restylane® Defyne. Restylane® and Restylane-L® are for mid-to-deep injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines as well as adding volume to cheeks and lips.
One of the most significant factors of these breakthrough fillers is that they contain hyaluronic acid, found naturally in the tissues of your body. The crystal-clear gel is injected into the skin where it binds with the body’s water molecules, to plump up wrinkles and fill them in. It works so safely and effectively; allergies to hyaluronic acid are extremely rare.
Restylane® Dermal Filler results are dramatic and long-lasting: a soft tissue filler that treat moderate to mild creases around the mouth, but is also used more creatively for smoothing under-eye hollows, plumping and defining the shape of the lips, enhancing volume to the cheeks, and defining the chin and jawline.

Performed at either our Uptown Dallas or Plano offices, the wrinkle-filling and lip-plumping procedures take only about 30 minutes, and the results are immediate with minimal discomfort. Restylane® can be combined with Botox wrinkle treatment to revitalize your appearance by sculpting the face, for a ‘Botox-Filler’ Facelift, or Dysport® (similar to Botox® ), for a ‘Dysport-Filler Facelift’.
As with any other hyaluronic acid gel that is injected into the lips, the most common side effect is temporary swelling.
