First, our patients are put into a comfortable, painless 'twilight sleep' using intravenous sedation--another popular mini-lift advertised widely in our area does not offer this--their patients are awake throughout the entire procedure! Next, a small, "S" incision is made along the sideburn, extending behind the ear, around the earlobe and up to the hairline.
